IMF representatives will arrive in Ukraine with an assessment mission

Director of Communications of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), Jerry Rice, said that the fund’s representatives are ready to come to Ukraine with an assessment mission in the coming weeks. This is reported by the IMF website.

“We are in touch with the authorities of Ukraine. I have no specific deadlines for the first review mission under the IMF program, but we expect the mission to return to Kiev sometime in the coming weeks, and this will be an assessment of the progress of the program and discussion of the policy with the new administration for the rest of the year.” – said Rice.

Earlier, the “Journalist” reported that an IMF mission would arrive in Ukraine at the beginning of the summer to revise the stand-by program.
