Donetsk filtration station suffers another shelling by militants

The Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) reported ceasefire violations in the Donetsk filter station area, despite security guarantees. OSCE special monitoring mission (SMM) observers patrol recorded shelling and explosions near the station, the OSCE’s press service reports.

It is noted that, despite ceasefire security guarantees, the members of the mission patrol (three SMM representatives were outside the car and another two were inside) heard sound of an unspecified weapon. Soon, the mission team heard two more explosions.

As The Journalist reported, chlorine for water purification at the Makeevskaya filtration station was supplied from Russia.
