Poroshenko dismissed National Security and Defense head Council Turchynov

As head of state, Petro Poroshenko dismissed Oleksandr Turchynov, secretary of National Security and Defense Council (NSDC), who had previously resigned.

This is stated in the decree number 297 of May 19. Recall that Turchinov resigned on May 17.
