On July 7, the Russian-led illegal armed formations violated the cease-fire regime 16 times, six times using 122mm artillery systems and 120mm and 82mm mortars prohibited by the Minsk agreements. One member of the Joint Forces Operation was killed in action, another two were injured and one received a combat related injury, the JFO press center reported.
The enemy resorted to the grenade launchers of various systems, weapons mounted on the infantry fighting vehicles, heavy machine guns and small arms.
The shelling was recorded near the localties of Shyrokine, Bohdanivka, Vodiane, Krasnohorivka, Pischevyk, Novoluhanske, Popasna, Zolote-4, Maiorske and Pivdenne.
According to the intelligence data, on July 7 two occupiers were killed.
