Over the day August 8, the militants violated the ceasefire regime nine times, using grenade launchers of various systems, heavy machine guns and small arms to attack Ukrainian positions in Donbas. This was reported by the press center of the Joint Forces Operation (JFO) Headquarters on Facebook.
In the zone of action of tactical force “East”, the enemy attack JFO positions eight times near Bohdanivka, Vodiane, Novotroitske, Verkhniotoretske, Shyrokine, Novohrigoriivka and Lebedynske localities.
In the zone of action of tactical force “North”, the Ukrainian fortified positions came under the enemy fire near Novoluhanske.
No casualties among the Ukrainian ranks reported.
