The Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine summoned Victor Pinchuk for questioning as a witness in criminal proceedings dated August 19, 2016.
“Victor Mykhailovych Pinchuk, in accordance with the requirements of Article 133, 135 [of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine], you need to arrive on August 27, 2019 at 11.00 a.m. to the special investigations department of the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine […] to conduct legal for procedural acts with your participation as a witness in criminal proceedings No. 42016000000002148 dated August 19, 2016,” the Prosecutor General’s document says.
According to Interfax-Ukraine, Pinchuk’s interrogation is related to the investigation into the the so-called “shadow costs” of the Party of Regions case.
