Volodymyr Viatrovych dismissed as head of Institute of National Remembrance

The head of the Institute of National Remembrance Volodymyr Viatrovych was dismissed by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

He announced this on his Facebook page.

“I completed my cadence as the head of the Ukrainian Institute of National Remembrance. It were full 5.5 years of work. The work was a continuation of the Maidan for the embodiment of its values. I can say that I have achieved most of the ambitious goals that I set for myself,” Viatrovych said.

Also, according to him, the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers will be announced officially.

As The Journalist reported, Institute of National Memory appealed to return old names to Bandera and Shukhevych Avenues in Kyiv.
