President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky appointed Vladyslav Skalsky as Chairman of the Vinnytsia Regional State Administration. He replaced Valeriy Koroviy, who was dismissed from this position.
The relevant decrees #706/2019 and #705/2019 dated September 18 were published on the presidential website.
Koroviy headed Vinnytsia Regional State Administration since February 28, 2015.
Skalsky was born in Vinnytsia in 1976, graduated from Vinnytsia State Technical University with a degree in heat and gas supply, ventilation and air basin protection.
Since June 24, 2016 he held the position of Deputy Mayor of Vinnytsia.
As The Journalist reported, Volodymyr Viatrovych dismissed as head of Institute of National Remembrance.
