The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine supported in the second reading the law “On Amending Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Regarding Ensuring the Effectiveness of the Institutional Mechanism for the Prevention of Corruption”.
The decision was backed by 237 Peoples’ Deputies.
The law provides for amendments to some legislative acts of Ukraine regarding the effectiveness of the institutional mechanism for the prevention of corruption, aims to reduce corruption and increase public confidence in anti-corruption bodies by improving the institutional mechanism for preventing corruption.
As The Journalist reported, Zelensky instructed officials to launch State Customs Service from December 1.
