The National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) of Ukraine has opened a criminal proceedings against former Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko regarding the possible abuse of official position.
This is stated in the NABU response to the inquiry by Ukrainian News.
The criminal case was launched in connection with the ruling of Kyiv Solomensky district court regarding investigation of possible crimes committed by Yuriy Lutsenko.
Criminal proceedings are open under Part 1 of Article 364 (abuse of power or official position) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
