The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine by the decree #1001-r has appointed Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Oleksandr Polishchuk.
“To appoint Oleksandr Polishchuk as Deputy Defense Minister of Ukraine,” reads the decree.
Recall, the Defense Minister of Ukraine Andriy Zahorodniuk said that the defense department is developing a new concept of territorial defense.
