President Volodymyr Zelensky has appointed Oleh Sinegubov the new head of the Poltava Regional State Administration.
This is stated in the president’s decree #843 dated November 11.
“To appoint Oleh Sinegubov as the head of the Poltava Regional State Administration,” the document says.
