The Joint Investigation Team (JIT), which is investigating the downing of the Malaysian Airlines Flight 17 over Donbas, released a new recording of the militants conversation made in July 2014.
According to the published negotiations, the invasion [to Ukraine] was controlled by Moscow both militarily (by sending forces and weapons with the assistance of the FSB and the GRU), and politically (by sending leaders for the so-called “DPR” and “LPR”).
The intercepted conversations proves that Russia has controlled the invading to the territory of Ukraine.
In one of the conversations, an unidentified person told “Makiivka commandant” to “obey the Minister of Defense of the“DPR” Strelkov [Ihor Girkin – ed.]. “The commander in chief, as president or prime minister in all countries, is Boroday [Russian citizen Alexander Boroday – ed.]. That is, Strelkov is directly subordinate to Boroday,” he said.
In fact, the record indicates that the influence of the Russian Federation extended to military issues in the so-called “DPR”.
