Zelensky: Ukraine and Russia agreed on full ceasefire in Donbas by year-end

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky said that during the Normandy Four summit, the parties agreed on a ceasefire in eastern Ukraine before the New Year. He said this at a joint press conference following the Normandy meeting.

Zelensky noted that during the meeting were agreed very important things.

“The first urgent measures is to stabilize the security situation in the east of Ukraine. This is a complete, comprehensive and indefinite ceasefire in the East of Ukraine, which should start before the end of 2019,” the head of state said.

Zelensky: Ukrainian Army is ready to any possible situations in Donbas.
