Ukraine and Russian-led militants in Donbas agreed to conduct prisoner swap according to the formula “all identified to all identified” on December 29.
This was reported by the Russian publication Kommersant, citing two sources.
The exact date for the exchange of prisoners was agreed according to the “all for all” formula, but today the date is not a debatable issue, although some details of the upcoming exchange are still elaborated.
As The Journalist reported, Prystaiko states that Minsk group parties agreed on one group for prisoners to be exchanged.
