The Ukrainian side at the negotiations of the Trilateral Contact Group (TCG) on settling the situation in the Donbas handed over a list of enterprises located in the occupied territory of Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts that should be returned to state and private property of Ukraine by the Russian-led authorities.
This was stated by the press secretary of Ukraine’s representative in the TCG, second president of Ukraine Leonid Kuchma, Darka Olifer.
She noted that the working subgroup on socio-economic issues discussed issues of water supply for the entire Donbas, which are critical and require effective steps by all participants of the Minsk process, including the International Committee of the Red Cross.
“The Ukrainian side continues to raise the issue of the returning Ukrainian state and private property located on the territory of Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts. We have provided the list of enterprises, whose owners have applied to the law enforcement bodies of Ukraine regarding the loss of their property,” Olifer said.
