As of the morning of June 25, Ukraine recorded 994 coronavirus cases over the past day. Most cases were recorded in Lviv, Zakarpattia and Odesa regions, as well as in the city of Kyiv. This was reported by the press center of the National Security and Defense Council.
A total of 40,008 people have been infected since the start of the pandemic, of which 17,758 people recovered and 1,067 people died. Now Lviv region leads in the number of new cases (204) for several weeks, followed by Kyiv, Chernivtsi and Rivne regions. Despite this, Kyiv and Lviv continue to weaken quarantine.
Over the past day, 349 people recovered from coronavirus and 16 people died. This is the largest number since pandemic started. The last number of recovered people was 64 cases less.
