Aliyev names the only condition to end fighting in Nagorno-Karabakh

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has said that hostilities in Nagorno-Karabakh would end if Armenian troops completely withdraw from the region, 1news.az reports.

“Armenia must leave our lands immediately … My word is the same – both internationally and domestically. We are on the right path, the battles are taking place on Azerbaijani soil, Azerbaijan is restoring its territorial integrity, and we have every right to do so,” Aliyev said.

Armenia and Azerbaijan resumed hostilities in Nagorno-Karabakh.
