Ukraine plans to create a special center for long-term storage of coronavirus vaccine at ultra-low temperatures. It can simultaneously hold hundreds of thousands of doses of the drug. This was announced by the head of the Verkhovna Rada committee on health issues, deputy from the Servant of the People Party Mykhailo Radutsky.
They want to create a national storage center in Kyiv or near Boryspil international airport. Refrigerators will be installed in it. According to Radutsky, one of these, with a volume of 1,000 liters, containing 250k doses, is already in Ukraine.
Twenty more such installations can be delivered to the country within a few weeks.
Ukraine will attract private logistics companies for the transportation and long-term storage of the coronavirus vaccine.
