President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has presented mobile residential units for the military in the Joint Forces area operation in Donbas.
The presentation took place on the territory of the Ministry of Defense in Kyiv.
According to the head of state, the task was to improve the living conditions of the military in Donbas.
“Mobile houses have been prepared for the military. It has all the most important things: air conditioning, heating – a stove for the winter, mobile laundries, Bosch appliances, toilets, and a shower. I mean that there should be normal conditions for military personnel,” Zelensky said.
The president said that only 200 modular complexes are needed for the military in JFO area, of which 30 are already there, and another 10 will be manufactured in the near future.
“I think that by the end of this year we will fulfill this task,” Zelensky said.
According to the president, these mobile residential modules are designed for both the first and second line of defense in Donbas.
