Almost 74,000 people became infected with coronavirus over day

As of the morning of April 20, the number of people infected with 2019-nCoV totals 2,478,153, which is 73,904 more compared to April 19.

The number of COVID-19 victims reached 170,389. The number of people recovered from coronavirus reached 651,736.

In the United States, 4,003,551 people were tested for coronavirus infection. The United States recorded a decrease in mortality rate from coronavirus in the state of New York, the most impacted state from the coronavirus.
