Amazon plans to open chain of grocery stores in major US cities, The Wall Street Journal informs.
According to available information, the Amazon company wants to expand in the food sector and "to cover more aspects of people’s lives."
The report notes that the first store to be opened in Los Angeles and is scheduled at the end of 2019. The company also concluded lease agreements for two more premises, but their location is unknown yet.
Recall that in early January, Amazon became the most expensive public company in the world.
As The Journalist reported, YouTube users will not be able to comment on videos, involving children.
