«North Carolina, represented by Governor Roy Cooper, officially joined in commemorating the 85th anniversary of Holodomor of 1932-1933 in Ukraine and recognized this tragedy as genocide», the statement said.
Previously «Journalist» reported that Oregon became the 19th US state, which recognized Holodomor of 1932-1933 in Ukraine as a genocide.
