Andrii Nebytov has been appointed as the new police chief of Kyiv Oblast, the National Police of Ukraine reported.
Before the appointment Nebytov has served as the deputy head of the oblast police department.
Thus, the decision to appoint a new chief of the Kyiv Oblast police was made after the completion of an official investigation into the tragic death of a 5-year-old boy in Pereiaslav-Khmelnytskyi.
