Apple Inc. became the first American company to eclipse $ 2 trillion in market value, DW reports.
“Apple has set another record. On August 19, its market value exceeded the $ 2 trillion,” the message reads.
Price of Apple’s shares rose by more than one percent during trading on Wednesday – to more than USD 467 per share.
