Today, on June 26, at 4 am, the van at high speed rammed the Head office of the largest newspaper De Telegraaf, where it caught fire.
The De Telegraaf website claims the driver of the van escaped from the scene of the incident in a black BMW.
«Everything points to an attack. We won’t let ourselves be intimidated», – said the chief editor of De Telegraaf Paul Jansen.
Firefighters quickly put out the flame of a burning car, which reached 14 meters height. The crashed van broke window in the facade, the rest were blown out by the heat of the fire. As a result of the attack, no one was hurt.
As «The Journalist» reported, the brother of the former president of the country Serzh Sargsyan was detained in Armenia.
