The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine has recently recorded a 6-fold increase in the number of residents of the occupied territories who submitted applications for changing the place of voting during the presidential election.
This was stated by the head of the department Arsen Avakov, reported in Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

“Recently, we have recorded that the number of people crossing the contact line and registering their place of residence in another city to vote has increased 6 times. Do people really want to vote or is this a scheme that our foreign enemy imposes on us? And we will very closely check that there are no dead souls in the voter register, or a situation where someone will vote for a person,” the minister said.
Avakov urged members of the election commission to refrain from participation in criminal schemes.
“We have a database of border crossings, and if we see that the election commission issued a ballot to a person who did not cross the border and is abroad, then this is criminal liability,” Avakov warned.

As reported by “Journalist”, Verkhovna Rada prohibited Russians from being observers at elections in Ukraine.
