Some 83 localities in four oblasts of Ukraine suffered power cuts due to the bad weather, the State Emergency Service’s press service has said.
As a result of the complication of weather conditions, namely by rain, thunderstorm and strong winds, 83 settlements in four oblasts remain de-energized, in particular, 37 towns and villages in Donetsk Oblast, 21 in Zaporizhia Oblast and Luhansk Oblast each, and four in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast.
Regional energy distribution companies have deployed their repair teams to eliminate the aftermath of the blackouts.
As The Journalist reported, some 132 localities across Ukraine de-energized due to bad weather.
