Two precinct election commissions in the city of Izmail, Odessa region have been issued seals of other commissions and thus their ballots will be declared invalid.

This was reported by the OPORA Civil Network.

In particular, polling stations No.511002 and No.511003 did not start voting (Izmail, 143th district) due to the absence of election seals from election commissions, which they must affix on the ballots.

“It turned out that they were given seals of other commissions, and in the near future a seal should come to commission No.511003, and approximately at 11:00 a.m. the district election commission should hold a meeting to apply to the CEC for issuing print number to commission No.511002,” the network reported.

OPORA also declares that at both polling stations in Izmail (No. 511002 and 511003) the ballots will be declared invalid, because earlier members of the commission stamped them with the seals of other district commissions, not noticing that they have wrong stamps..

The polling station No.511003 has noticed this on March 30, and the commission will receive the seal today; as for commission No. 511002, the situation remains unclear. The district commission will contact the CEC for clarification of the situation.

As The Journalist reported, immediately after training, Klitschko came to vote on a bicycle.
