During the period of campaign «A doctor for every family» more than 9 million Ukrainians has signed declarations with doctors about medical service, said Deputy Minister of Health of Ukraine Pavel Kovtoniuk.
«As of this morning, June 20th, 9 million 170 thousand Ukrainians have chosen their doctors», Kovtoniuk said.
The deputy minister noted that «the tempo of doctors choices by citizens exceed expectations», Unian reports.
«Experience has shown that the popularity of this program which was really unexpected, even for us, optimists. We planned that in the first six months 2 million Ukrainians would choose their doctors», Kovtoniuk said.
According to him, every day about 200 thousand people choose their doctor, and 20 thousand doctors in Ukraine have already scored the maximum number of potential patients.
As «The Journalist» reported, in the questionnaires of the Mykolaiv hospital in the line, «sex» there are three variants of the answer.
