The fare in Kyiv’s public transport will rise to 8 UAH from July 14, said the Deputy Chairman of Kyiv City State Administration Dmitriy Davtyan.

«The Kyiv City State Administration made a decision, starting July 14 to establish new fares for public transport. Passengers who use travel tickets and contactless cards will pay 6.30 UAH for one trip. The City Administration sets the lowest possible price for Kyiv citizens. The city guests will have to pay 8 UAH per trip», – said Mr Davtyan.

According to the deputy head of the City Administration, there is a real need to revise fare in public transport.

As «The Journalist» reported, the consumer goods prices have risen in Ukraine again.
