Cabinet adopts number of important staff decisions

The Cabinet of Ministers dismissed Igor Bugrak from the post of chairman of the State Audit Service of Ukraine and appointed him as chairman of the newly created Office for Financial Control, which was created instead of the State Audit Service.

The relevant orders were adopted at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers on February 5 and were published on the government portal.

“To dismiss Igor Bugrak from his post in connection with his transfer to another position,” the order No.72-r states.

At the same time, decree No.74-r states: “To appoint Igor Bugrak as the Chairman of the Office for Financial Control for a period of five years, taking into account the time of appointment to the post in accordance with the order No.40 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated January 24, 2020, with remuneration in accordance with the law.”

The government also dismissed Serhiy Kyslytsia from the post of deputy minister of foreign affairs.

The relevant order No.70-r dated February 5, 2020 was published on the government portal.

“To dismiss Kyslytsia Serhiy from the post of Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine on February 27, 2020 in connection with the transfer to another position,” the document says.
