Cabinet provides Ukrenergo with state guarantees for loans

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has provided NPC Ukrenergo with state guarantees to ensure the fulfillment of debt obligations. The amount of guarantees is UAH 11.3 billion. The resolution was adopted by the government on December 9. It was published on the Government Portal.

According to the government decree, NPC Ukrenergo will receive state guarantees in 2020 to ensure the fulfillment of debt obligations on loans from public sector banks in order to repay debts to the state enterprise Guaranteed Buyer.

This takes into account the obligations to repay principal, interest, commissions and other obligations arising from borrowings.
