The current president of Ukraine, Petro Poroshenko, had won the first round of elections and received the greatest support of voters – 38.93%, comedian Volodymyr Zelensky enlisted 26.01% of the votes. Zelensky won in Poland: he was backed by 38.70% out of 7,800 voters in total and in Belarus with the result of 41.02% (out of 1,000 voters in total).

Boyko received the most votes in Moldova and Estonia.
