The Central Election Commission of Ukraine (CEC) has approved the ballots for the second round of presidential elections, which will be held on April 21, the CEC press center reported.
The text of the ballot for second round will be published with country’s official language. The ballot will be 200 x 150 mm size and will have bluish-gray color.
The bulletin will have a two-color watermark and protective fibers using protective graphic anti-scanner elements made with protective fluorescence inks detected with UV light, and an element that loses color due to thermal impact, as well as printing the polling station number using protective paint appearing on the back of the ballot.
The Commission has already approved the plan for the main organizational arrangements for the preparation of the second round. In addition, the CEC has made changes to the district election commissions’ overall cost estimates for the presidential elections in Ukraine.
As The Journalist reported, the Ukrainians can already start the changing of the place of voting procedure.
