Pechersk District Court of Kyiv satisfied the complaint of the representative of Igor Kaletnik and ordered the Prosecutor General’s Office (PGO) to cancel him from the list of wanted persons. This was stated by Kaletnik’s lawyer Irina Zalyubovskaya on Facebook.

Recall, on April 2, the Pechersk District Court ordered the State Bureau of Investigation to begin criminal proceedings on PGO prosecutors, who exceeded their official authority and did not comply with previous court decisions to terminate the criminal prosecution of Kaletnik.
