Kyiv District Administrative Court has rejected the Nikopol Ferroalloy Plant’s petition to suspend the NKREKP decision dated July 12, which approved the new tariff for electricity services of Ukrenergo from August 1. This is reported by the press service of the company.
The Administrative Court states that there is no reason to assert “about the obvious unlawfulness of the named decision of the subject of authority and violation of the rights or interests of the applicant by such decision”.
On June 27, the Administrative Court decided to provide an administrative claim to the Nikopol Ferroalloy Plant and suspended the NKREKP resolution #954 and #955 dated June 7, 2019, which set tariffs for Ukrenergo for electricity transmission and dispatcher control services for second semester.
Ukrenergo and NKREKP filed appeals against this court decision after the suspension of the tariffs.
As The Journalist reported, Ukrenergo transferred to the scope of management of Ministry of Finance.
