The Sixth Appeal Administrative Court has considered the complaint of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and decided to unblock the government order on holding a tender for the position of the head of the State Customs Service.

As reported by the Ministry of Finance, the court decided in favor of the government, since the plaintiff’s failed to establish grounds for its suspension.

It is noted that at the final stage of the competition for head of the State Customs Service three candidates are being considered – the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of the University of Customs and Finance Yevhen Harmash; the First Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade Maksym Nefiodov and the Head of the Digital Economy Development Center NGO Andrii Savarets.

According to the results of the last stage of selection, the competition commission will determine a candidate to recommend to the Government to the position of head of the State Customs Service.
