Day in Donbas: one Ukrainian soldier killed, another one wounded

On March 19, as a result of enemy shelling, one Ukrainian soldier was killed, another one was injured. This was reported by the JFO press center.

“The militants violated the ceasefire 15 times using 120mm and 82mm caliber mortars prohibited by the Minsk agreements, armament mounted on BMP-1, grenade launchers of various systems, heavy machine guns and small arms. In addition, the work of a sniper pair was recorded,” the message reads.

Two shellings were recorded near Krasnohorivka (6 mortar shells), near Lebedinsky (16 mortar shells), near Pavlopil, Avdiivka and Slavne.

The militants attacked Krymske settlement four times (41 mortar shells), near Novoluhanske, near Novotoshkivske (10 mortar shells), and enemy sniper activity was recorded near Novooleksandrivka.
