On May 18, the militants violated the ceasefire regime 11 times. Units of the Joint Forces conducted an active defense and gave an adequate response to the enemy, eliminating one occupier. This was reported by the press center of the Joint Forces Operation headquarters.
The enemy shelled Ukrainian army positions from 82mm mortars prohibited by the Minsk agreements, as well as from grenade launchers of various systems, heavy machine guns and small arms.
Shelling was recorded near Bohdanivka, Taramchuk, Krasnohorivka, Shyrokyne, Novotoshkivske, Novoluhanske three times near Luhanske, Pivdenne and near Novooleksandrivka.
