At the same time, the draft law increases the responsibility for broadcasters [up to 25% of the amount of the license fee, without the sanction in the form of a warning], for TV broadcasting produced after August 1, 1991, which contain the popularization or propaganda of the organs of the aggressor state, justify or recognize as lawful the occupation of the territory of Ukraine; the responsibility is introduced for providing the false information in documents for obtaining a license, as well as in the ownership structure of broadcasters and providers.
