Two kitchen workers were carrier of dysentery in the camp «Orlyatko» (Donetsk Oblast), where Children were massively infected.

This is posted by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Commissioner for Human Rights, Lyudmila Denisova, on Facebook.

According to the update, some 94 people fell ill: 79 children aged 17, 10 children aged 17 to 18 years and 5 adults.

Dysentery was confirmed in 67 patients: 57 children aged 17, seven children aged 17 to 18 years, and two adults, who were carriers of the infection.

«I will quote the regional epidemiologist: «One of the kitchen workers had diarrhea, he turned to the doctor, but continued to work in the kitchen. The second one was just a carrier of the infection, he had no symptoms of the disease,» – the Ombudsperson added.

According to Denisova, other children also have infections, and detailed analyzes are carried out.

As The Journalist reported, in a result of food poisoning at the camp «Orlyatko», 60 people were diagnosed with dysentery.
