Dmytro Gabinet was appointed as the head of the Khmelnytska Regional State Administration. The relevant decree, signed on November 21, was published on the presidential website.
ОтметDmytro Gabinet (36-year-old) is an assistant consultant to the people’s deputy of the Servant of the People faction, vice speaker Mykola Stefanchuk, who was elected from constituency No.187 (Khmelnitsky) in the parliamentary elections.
Prior to his appointment to the post of head of the Khmelnitsky RSA, Dmytro Gabinet taught at the Department of Theory and History of State and Law of Khmelnitsky University of Management and Law, is a candidate of legal sciences. He is also one of the founders and chairman of the public organization Outpost of Democracy (existed since 2014). The co-owners of the organization is the acting Deputy Chairman of the RSA Serhiy Tkachuk.
