As reported by the Journalist in Berdyansk a well-known activist Oleshko was shot. Police introduced the interception plan «Siren».
According to the journalist Yurii Butusov a public activist ATO volunteer Vitaliy Oleshko was shot from a shotgun.
«In Berdyansk 43-year-old Vitalyi Oleshko was shot, who’s callsign was «Sarmat», volunteer Donbass battalion, Berdyansk self-defense participant, holder of the Order «For Courage» of the 3rd degree, participant in the battles for Ilovaisk, who was Russian captive», – the journalist noted.
«In the middle of the day in the courtyard of a small hotel, which Vitaliy has built, a murderer came in with a hunting gun and shot Sarmat in the back. Next to Vitaliy were his wife and friend – also a participant in the war, Andrii Manzharov. All this happened before their eyes», Butusov added.
In communications department of General Department of National Police in Zaporozhia oblast, an investigation has begun of murder case in Zaporozhia oblast Berdyansk public activist Oleshko.
On the fact of murder, criminal proceedings were opened under Part 1 of Article 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (premeditated murder).
