The current President of the United States, Donald Trump, said that invade of US troops into the Middle East by President Bush was the «worst single mistake» that US authorities committed. The Leader of the White House told this in an interview with The Hill news agency.
«The worst single mistake ever made in the history of our country: going into the Middle East, by President Bush,» – Trump said.
At the same time Mr Trump believes that the previous US President Barack Obama also made a mistake when he decided to withdraw U.S. soldiers out the Middle East. He emphasized that «going in» to Afghanistan and Iraq was «the the biggest single» in the history of our country
Trump explained his opinion recalling that this decision cost to America USD 7 trillion and «millions» of lives.
