On October 8, the illegal armed groups violated the ceasefire regime 17 times. The enemy attacked JFO positions from 120mm and 82mm mortars (prohibited by the Minsk agreements), as well as from grenade launchers of various systems and small arms. This was reported by the press center of the Joint Forces Operation (JFO) headquarters on Facebook.
In the zone of action of tactical force “East”, the militants launched 10 attacks on Ukrainian positions near Pisky from 82mm mortars and small arms; Opytne from 82mm mortars; two times near Novotroitske from grenade launchers of various systems and small arms; three times near Vodiane from hand anti-tank grenade launchers and small arms; near Novohrihoriivka from an easel anti-tank grenade launcher; Pyshevyk and Pavlopil from small arms.
In the zone of action of tactical force “North”, the Ukrainian fortified positions came under the enemy fire two times near Travneve from 120mm and 82mm mortars; Novoluhanske from 82mm mortar, as well as from an automatic grenade launcher and small arms; two times near Luhanske from grenade launchers of various systems and small arms; not far from Khutir Vilniy from 82mm mortar, a hand-held anti-tank grenade launcher and small arms, as well as near Svitlodarsk from grenade launchers of various systems.
