On June 14, the Ukrainian army came under enemy fire in Donbas, with one soldier reported wounded in action, according to the press center of the Joint Forces Operation headquarters.
The Ukrainian units conducted an active defense and gave an adequate response to the enemy, eliminating one militant, as intelligence data said.
The enemy mounted 15 attacks from 120mm mortars, prohibited by Minsk agreements, as well as from weapons mounted on the infantry fighting vehicles, grenade launchers, machine guns, sniper and small arms. Mostly, the attacks were launched in the late afternoon.
The enemy shelled Luhanske, Horikhove, Travneve, Khutir Vilniy, Avdiivka, Kamianka, Marjinka and Pisky.
