On June 29, two members of the Joint Forces received shrapnel wounds as a result of shelling of militants near the Krymske settlement. This was reported by the press service of the Joint Forces Operation.

The militants resorted to 120mm mortars, automatic easel grenade launchers and small arms to shell Ukrainian defense positions near Crimean.

“As a result of enemy shelling, two members of the Joint Forces received shrapnel wounds. The evacuation equipment delivered soldiers to the military medical institution, where they were promptly provided with proper medical care; their health condition is satisfactory,” the HQ reports.

JFO headquarters noted that such actions by the militants once again confirm that the enemy deliberately violates the ceasefire and does not adhere to existing peace agreements.
