Donbas war: Ukrainian troops eliminated two militants, two injured

On June 23, the illegal armed groups violated silence 35 times in Donbas, eight times using 152mm artillery systems, as well as 120mm and 82mm mortars prohibited by the Minsk Agreements, the press center of Ukraine’s Joint Forces Operation reported on Facebook.

The enemy opened fire on the Ukrainian army positions from grenade launchers of various systems, weapons mounted on the infantry fighting vehicles, heavy machine guns and small arms.

In the area of activity of the Vostok (“East”) operational-tactical group, the militants attacked Ukrainian positions 19 times near Pavlopol using 120mm mortar, four times using120mm and 82mm mortars in the area of ​​the settlement Avdiїvka, grenade launchers of various systems, five times using grenade launchers of various systems and small arms near the Vodiane settlement, using automatic grenade launchers near Pisky settlement, near Marjinka using a hand-held anti-tank grenade launcher, two times using 120mm mortars, grenade launchers of various systems and small arms near the settlement of Starohnativka and near the settlement of  Lebedynske using the rocket-propelled grenade, heavy machine gun and small arms; two times using small arms in the area of ​​the village of Shyrokine, as well as near the village of Opytne.

In the area of activity of the Sever(“North”) operational-tactical group, the enemy attacked the JFO positions 16 times in the area of ​​the village of Shumy was fired from a hand-held anti-tank grenade launcher, a heavy machine gun and small arms; the outskirts of Pivdenne was fired from automatic grenade launchers, and Travneve from 82mm mortars, heavy machine guns and small arms; the settlement of Novolughanske five times from 152mm artillery, 120mm and 82 mm mortars, grenade launchers of various systems and small arms; near the settlement of Maiorske using automatic grenade launchers and small arms, near Novhorodske using automatic grenade launchers, heavy machine guns and small arms; near the settlement of Schastlyve using automatic grenade launchers; near ​​the settlement of Svitlodarsk using grenade launchers of various systems and heavy machine guns, near Luhanske using grenade launchers of various systems; in the vicinity of Krymske three times using grenade launchers of various systems, weapons mounted on the infantry fighting vehicles, heavy machine guns and small arms.

As a result, three Ukrainian soldiers were injured.

According to the intelligence data, two occupiers were killed and another two were injured.
