On May 27, the militants violated the ceasefire regime 7 times in Donbas, using heavy mortars and grenade launchers banned by Minsk agreements, as well as UAV. This was reported by the press center of the Joint Forces Operation (JFO).
The UAV was spotted near Marjinka settlement. The Ukrainian military shot down a drone using standard weapons.
Under the enemy fire came Novotroitske, Shyrokine, Starohnativka, Luhanske, Krymske and Novoluhanske settlements.
“Ukrainian defenders conducted an active defense and gave an adequate response to the enemy. no casualties among the Ukrainian troops have been reported over the past day,” the JFO HQ noted.
